Booking information - Good to know
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
On the day of arrival, the flats are ready for occupancy by 4pm at the latest. On the day of departure, the flats must be vacated by 10:00 am.
MINIMUM STAY 3 DAYS
LOCAL TAX
All prices are valid for a minimum stay of three days and do not include the tourist tax of 2,40 € per night/per person (from 14 years old).
BOOKING - DEPOSIT
To confirm your reservation, we ask you to transfer a deposit. The deposit to confirm the reservation will not be refunded in case of cancellation. We will inform you of the amount by e-mail.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Please pay your bill no later than the evening before your departure.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
We recommend our guests to take out a travel cancellation insurance. Click here and take out your holiday insurance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case something unforeseen happens and you are unable to make your trip, we have the following conditions: You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 40% of the reservation value. From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, we charge 70% of the booking value. In the last week before arrival the fee is 90%.
